Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use this website or send us a project inquiry. They are short on purpose. The details of any actual project are agreed separately, in writing.
About us
This website is run by Sovilj Design, the independent design practice of Dragan Sovilj, based in Belgrade, Serbia. Contact: hello@soviljdesign.com.
Inquiries, budgets and proposals
- Sending a message through the contact form is a request for information. It does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for us.
- The budget ranges in the form are there to help us understand the size of your project. They are not prices, quotes or offers.
- Service descriptions, timelines and examples on this site are indicative. Scope, price, timeline and payment terms are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by both sides.
- We may decline an inquiry, for example if the project is outside our expertise or we don’t have capacity.
Portfolio work and intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, logo and the Sovilj Design name belong to Sovilj Design. Projects shown in the portfolio are presented with permission or as permitted by the client agreement, and client brands, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You are welcome to browse and share links to this site. Please don’t copy, reuse or republish its content or the portfolio work without our written permission.
Use of the website
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the contact form, trying to break its security, or scraping its content at scale.
